Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At A Roberts Studio, Llc, we want to make your experience wonderful and to make sure you are satisfied with your new art! If the artwork is damaged in any way during shipping, please reach out as soon as possible so we can find a solution for refund or replacement.

If you are not satisfied with your artwork, you must reach out within 10 business days to arrange a solution. You must keep all packaging for the artwork for reuse until a return is arranged. Please send return requests to info@arobertsstudio.com.

All sales of commissions are final. Throughout the commission process there are many opportunities to address any concerns before final product is delivered.
